Ali Haider, officer with Iraq Federal Police said that, security forces broke into a prison controlled by “Daesh” inside a big factory for food salt in Al-Shefaa area in old Mosul amid violent clashes with their elements and managed to liberate 24 prisoners, including women.
Haider added that, Federal Police Forces liberated all prisoners, including four women worked as employees in the administration of Nineveh province and an agriculture engineer who were imprisoned for different charges. The forces also managed to kill one of “Daesh” snipers during the operation in Al-Shefaa Health Center.
