Iran regime has violated the United Nations embargo on sending weapons to Yemen as it has facilitated Houthi militias to acquire combat drones and ballistic missiles fired at the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, a UN report disclosed.
The report, submitted to the UN Security Council, said that experts monitoring the ban had identified missile remnants linked to related military equipment and Iranian-made drones that had been brought into Yemen after the arms embargo was imposed in 2015, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
