The International Criminal Court Pre-Trial Chamber I will rule Monday on whether to issue arrest warrants for Libyan president Muammar Abu Minyar Gaddafi, his son Saif Al Islam Gaddafi and his brother-in-law Abdullah Al-Senuss. ICC prosecutor Luis Moreno-Ocampo launched his investigation into the three figures at the beginning of March, and requested arrest warrants on 16th May. The investigation follows President Gaddafi\'s refusal to step down from power, and the violent unrest that has rocked the North African country since mid-February. On Wednesday, Gaddafi was defiant in a televised address, vowing to \"fight to the death\" to remain in power. The decision will be streamed live over the web and broadcast via satellite.
