An Egyptian lawyer has demanded a special committee investigate Egyptian president-elect Mohammed Morsi\'s prescribed intake of medicines, to determine if they affected his \"mental state\". Hatem Fathi Farahat has filed a lawsuit before the Administrative Judicial Court against Field Marshal Hussein Tantawi, head of the military council, the President of the Supreme Judicial Council as the head of judiciary and President Mohammed Morsi calling on the judicial council to form a specialised medical committee to ensure that Morsi\'s drugs did not affect his mental state and his ability to take decisions. Meanwhile, Osama al-Saidi, an advisor at the Ministry of Justice said Ahmed Shafiq, who lost the presidency to Morsi, was to be investigated regarding accusations of mishandling allocation procedures of land sold from the cooperative association for construction and development.
