Several websites have spread the news of the death of Saudi Arabia’s Crown Prince Sultan Bin Abdul-Aziz Al Saud in New York after he lost a battle with cancer. “Al-Watan” news website said that special sources informed them that the Prince passed away in a New York in the US, exceeding the age of 85. Sources in the Saudi opposition told “Islam Times” that: “News of the death of the Crown Prince will be announced to the nation on Saturday for the Royal funeral preparations, and to set the period of mourning.” Prince Sultan Bin Abdul-Aziz arrived in the United States two weeks ago on a medical trip, following the deterioration of his health. The Prince was born on January 5th 1931, in addition to being the Crown Prince, he took the positions of Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Aviation, and Inspector General of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He is the fifteenth son of the sons of King Abdul-Aziz, and his mother is Princess Hessa Bint Ahmed Al Sudairi, and the Prince was nicknamed one of “The Seven Sudairis.”
