Three people were wounded in clashes between Fatah fighters and Jund al-Sham gunmen in the Ain al-Hilweh refugee camp Friday, Palestinian sources said. A dispute between the Fatah Movement and remnants of Jund al-Sham developed into a gunfight in the camp’s vegetable market when a Jund al-Sham gunman opened fire on a Fatah patrol, wounding two of its members. The patrol members responded to the fire, wounding a Jund al-Sham gunman. The wounded Fatah members were taken for treatment outside the camp, while the Jund al-Sham gunman was treated inside the camp. The Ain al-Hilweh camp, located on the outskirts of the southern city of Sidon, has been shaken in the past by clashes between Fatah fighters against Islamists groups.
