A senior official in the opposition Popular Congress Party opposition, led by Hassan Al-Turabi, confirmed to "Arabs today," that their party cooperates with the other opposition parties to overthrow the ruling party in peaceful means. On the other hand, the ruling party launched an attack on the “Juba coalition” headed by “Al-Turabi” party , saying that this coalition has exceeded all the limits through adopting a western agenda, which leads them to overthrow the governments using all means. Vice President of the People's Congress, Dr. Abdullah Hassan Ahmed, told "Arabs today," that the party deal s with all the opposition parties including the Communist Party to overthrow the regime. He pointed out that the party depends only on civilian means, and denied having any contact with a Kauda. Ahmed said that whoever promotes such an accusation needs to provide evidence to prove to the public what he is saying. He also stressed that they will not use armed means to overthrow the regime. The leader of the ruling party Qotbi Al-Mahdi, said that Juba Alliance, which includes opposition parties, relies on Turabi's party’s theories, that aim to destroy the country politically, economically, and compromising national security. Ahmed has strongly denied making any communications concerning Darfur.
