Tunisian singer Latifa expressed her happiness of the positive reactions to her new drama show “Secret Word” presented during Ramadan of the last year, stressing that the success of the dramatic work has strongly appeared after its representation after Ramadan. She praised the efforts exerted by the staff.
She added that she received other scenarios of new drama shows, while she refused to appear in any TV series this year and to delay any new experience in this regard until the next year. She denied any desire to appear every year in the dramatic works, saying that she gives priority to singing.
She revealed her previous intention to issue a new album with the songs that she sang during the show, while she retreated, as she preferred to prepare new songs for her fans. She added that she has not decided the date to launch her new album, stressing that she is still in the phase of preparation.
She expressed her keenness to cooperate with young composers and poets, saying that the new generations provide new ideas. She stressed that it is not possible to resume working with specific staff in every album, saying that creativity is one of the major factors supporting any artist.
She stressed that she has no personal secrets, saying, “My life is like an open book.” She added that she attempts to separate between her private life and artistic career to strike a kind of balance, saying that she deals with arts as amateur not a professional
