Are you under the weather? As summer transitions to winter in UAE, there has been a considerable spoke in the number of people reeling under influenza, cold and fatigue.
But, there is good news. NASA scientists suggest that presence of certain plants in the house or bedroom reduces stress and anxiety and helps beat colds, tight chests and insomnia.
Research from NASA and the American College revealed the top indoor plants and the three most beneficial ones are areca palm, aloe vera and English ivy, according to the reports in MailOnline.
The study says these indoor plants not only look pretty in the garden but can reap plenty of health benefits and remove airborne pollutants. Read on to know which plants you can pop up in your house to stay healthy.
