Prime Minister Ibrahim Mahlab convened with the executive leaders of the health sector and physicians in Luxor.
He said that the meeting reflects his keenness on listening to a great number of doctors in the governorate because he noticed that there is a kind of dissatisfaction with the medical services provided.
The premier underlined that he knows that the capabilities are limited, adding that it should be used to the full.
"We have nothing to do except to serve homeland and use the offered resources with efficiency", he underscored.
Mahlab reiterated that providing medical services is the cornerstone of achieving social justice, urging the physicians to deal with their jobs seriously as a message.
He called on the doctors to exert their utmost efforts to achieve a better future for the coming generations.
For his part, Health Minister Adel Adawy said that he is keen on upgrading the health insurance system and developing hospitals in the governorate.
Mahlab listened to the audience who tackled the infrastructure of the hospitals and the services provided in the medical units.
