Iran ranks first in brain and neurology surgery among the regional countries, executive secretary of the Fourth International Brain and Neurology Surgery said. Speaking on the sidelines of the Fourth International Brain Surgery and Neurology Symposium in Tehran, Abdolnasser Aryan said Iran\'s status in brain surgery is higher than the international norms. \'In the three-day symposium headed by the renowned Iranian brain surgeon, Majid Samee, more than 20 foreign physicians deliver lectures in the symposium,” he added. Aryan pointed out that a workshop on applications of brain surgery endoscopy and neurology as well as accident traumas will be held on the sidelines of the symposium. The Fourth International Brain Surgery and Neurology Symposium with the aim of updating the expertise and experiences of Iranian brain surgeons as well as their familiarization with new methods of surgery is underway in Tehran’s Milad Hospital.
