Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, attended the closing event of Dubai International Arabian Horse Championship on Saturday.
H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance, a number of Sheikhs, princes as well as local, global and regional equine industry players including stable and horse owners, breeders,leisure riders and horse enthusiasts were also present at the event.
HH Sheikh Mohammed congratulated the winners of prizes which worth AED15 million (US$4 million).
Folklore dances and cultural activities were held during the three-day show. The Heritage Village featured traditional Bedouin houses, falconry, local dishes, and more.
