President of Russia Vladimir Putin will pay official visits to Cuba and Argentina later this month, the Kremlin press service said in a statement Friday.
Putin's talks the Cuban leadership will discuss boosting economic and investment cooperation and implementing joint projects in the fields of energy, transportation, civil aviation, health and space.
He will meet, in Havana, with the Cuban leader Fidel Castro.
In Argentina, Putin will hold talks with his Argentinian counterpart Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner on promoting bilateral cooperation, especially in the field of energy, in addition to international issues of common concern.
