Dr. Youssef Issa Al Sabri, UAE Ambassador to Poland, attended the official celebrations hosted by Polish President Andrzej Duda to mark Constitution Day.
Constitution Day is a Polish national and public holiday that takes place on 3rd May to celebrate the declaration of the Constitution of 3rd May, 1791. According to historians, Poland’s constitution is considered one of the most important achievements in the country’s history, the first constitution of its type in Europe and the world's second oldest constitution.
During the ceremony at the presidential palace, the UAE Ambassador talked with the Polish President and conveyed the regards and congratulations of the UAE’s leaders.
The UAE Ambassador expressed the UAE's keenness to bolster friendly ties between the two countries to serve mutual interests.
On the occasion, he also wished President Duda good health as well as further progress and prosperity for the Polish people.
