Children affiliated with the Royal Charity Organisation (RCO) and Nasser Centre for Rehabilitation and Vocational Training were among thousands of students who returned to schools today.
His Majesty’s Representative for Charity Works and Youth Affairs and RCO Board of Trustees’ Chairman Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al-Khalifa congratulated them all on the beginning of the new school year.
In a message on this occasion, he urged all students to spare no effort and excel in their studies to benefit from education and obtain the highest positions.
He paid tribute to HM the King for his royal directives to encourage RCO-affiliated students and ensure them decent living conditions.
He underlined the RCO-led strategy to provide affiliated students with scholarships, free seats at some private schools, in addition to school bags and free tuitions and honouring ceremonies for the outstanding ones.
