Southern Governor HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa said that open and direct communication was one of Bahrain’s rich legacies that should be well preserved.
Visiting the majlises of HH Shaikh Ibrahim bin Hamad bin Abdullah Al Khalifa and HH Shaikh Khalid bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, the governor said that the majlises that brought people together and highlighted science and literature constituted a historical and social heritage and that its preservation was a national responsibility.
“Majlises reflect the depth of the relations and cohesion among Bahrainis in general and the residents of the Southern Governorate in particular,” he said.
The governor conveyed the greetings of His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa.
