The first social meetings on the renewal of religious dialogue under the theme "an open dialogue and a national vision" kicked off on Monday.
The event was attended by Youth and sports minister Khaled Abdel Aziz, Awqaf minister Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa and culture minister Helmy al Namnam.
Head of National Council for Women Dr. Maya Morsi said the Women, who make up one half of society, will benefit from renewing religious discourse, asserting the importance of Women's role in maintaining stability in Egypt.
Presidential adviser for religious affairs Dr, Osama al Azhari pointed out to the role played by al Azhar in this regard, saying it represents a symbol for seriousness and credibility in Education.
