H.H. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Executive Council, this morning chaired a meeting of the Sharjah Executive Council at the Office of the Ruler.
Also present was H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Council. The Executive Council discussed important government issues, plans and future projects which would contribute to achieving the overall development in all the economic, social and service domains, and ways to ensure a dignified life for Emiratis and residents in the emirate.
The Executive Council discussed a number of issues regarding development of work systems in local departments and institutions to serve both UAE nationals and residents living in the Emirate of Sharjah. It also discussed topic and proposals related to the Civil Aviation Department - Sharjah.
The council was also briefed on Emiri Decree No. 96 of 2016 regarding the establishment of the Arab Language Academy in the Emirate of Sharjah.
The council ratified the minutes of the previous session and reviewed a number of topics related to the development of government work in service projects being implemented by the emirate in different regions.
The agenda of the meeting also touched on a number of proposals for future development and projects that will provide the Emirate of Sharjah with the best facilities and infrastructure.
