Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, received on the sidelines of the Government Summit, Professor Klaus Schwab, Chairman of the World Economic Forum (WEF), at Jumeirah, Dubai.
During the meeting, Sheikh Mohammed and Dr. Schwab exchanged views on a number of economic, regional and international issues being addressed by the three-day long Government Summit. The summit focusses on future governments and services to people in the light of technological developments being witnessed by the world in all sectors.
Professor Schwab praised the summit, describing it as a global world platform that brings together experts, leaders and talented people in all fields to exchange information and expertise, as well as the UAE's experience in government management and transformation into smart government that will harness all technological advances and innovations in the service and happiness of humanity.
