Iranian President Hassan Rouhani is planned to visit Austria and Belgium, while the Swiss president will also pay a visit to Tehran in the next few weeks, Tasnim News Agency quoted Iranian President's Chief of Staff Mohammad Nahavandian as saying.
Speaking at a television talk show, Nahavandian said President Rouhani’s upcoming trip to Vienna and Brussels will take place at the invitation of those European countries.
Switzerland’s President Johann Schneider-Ammann will also come to Iran in the coming weeks, he added.
He further unveiled plans for the Japanese prime minister's visit to Iran.
Last week, President Rouhani made a landmark visit to Europe, only days after a lasting nuclear deal between Iran and the Group 5+1 (Russia, China, the US, Britain, France and Germany) came into force.
After visiting top Italian officials in Rome and the Pope in the Vatican City, the Iranian president headed to Paris, where he received a warm welcome from President Francois Hollande.
