His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa stressed cohesion characterising the Bahraini people which is based on patriotism and dedication in working for the nation’s development and prosperity. He affirmed the importance of preserving national unity and strengthening it, being the bulwark to preserve hard-gained achievements at all levels.

HRH the Premier was speaking as he received at Gudaibiya Palace today senior officials as well as economic and press figures. He discussed with them local and international issues, asserting that Bahrain will always remain and all-inclusive country thanks to the qualities of its people who are keen on promoting peace, co-existence and tolerance, being indispensable human denominators to foster relations between people.

HRH the Prime Minister praised Bahrain’s glorious history, calling to draw noble values from the past which enlighten the way towards achieving an ambitious future for the nation, the people and the posterity. He also urged to avail of the fast-paced technological progress mainly in the information and telecommunication field to serve the national interest and prevent attempts to drive wedges between the Bahraini people.

HRH the Premier commended the role of journalists and media persons in fostering patriotism and enlightening the public opinion on various issues, praising objectivity and professionalism of the Bahraini press.
