State Minister for Media Affairs Mohammad Momani said that the visit of His Majesty King Abdullah II to Ramallah last Monday came within Jordan’s keenness to continue coordination and consultations with the Palestinian brethren to revive the peace process between the Palestinians and Israelis, and arrive at a just solution to the Palestinian issue.
Momani added in the weekly program “News and Dialogue”, that was broadcast by Jordan Television and Radio Jordan early on Thursday, that Jordanian-Palestinian coordination is continuous at all levels to serve the Palestinian issue and achieve Palestinians’ rights.
The minister pointed to the Palestinian appreciation of His Majesty’s stance and vision on the Palestinian issue as well as his support to the Islamic and Christian holy sites in Jerusalem.
On the Cabinet’s approval of bill for 2017 governmental budgets, he said it aims to monitor and control the administration of public funds, in order to achieve the highest degrees of transparency and clarity.
