Kuwait's Minister of Communications and Minister of State for Municipal Affairs Essa Al-Kanderi arrived in the UAE emirate on Monday to take part in the 52nd meeting of the executive bureau of Arab transport ministers due early on Tuesday. The minister was received upon arrival by the State of Kuwait General Consul in Dubai and the northern Emirates, Thiab Al-Rashidi, the UAE labor assistant undersecretary, Ibrahim Al-Wahabi, and the UAE National Transport Agency's General Director, Salem Al-Zaabi. Tomorrow's meeting will group transport ministers from Kuwait, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Oman, Qatar and Egypt, with Palestine taking part as an observer. Conferees will discuss proposed joint railway network, an Arab land transport academy and final draft of the Arab marine transport accord. They will also follow up on project of marine transport among Arab countries
