Under the patronage of HRH Princess Ghida Talal, Chairperson of the King Hussein Cancer Foundation and Center, a ceremony was held for the graduation of 150 students receiving treatment at the Center.
The young students benefitting from the Back to School Program were able to complete the school year for the academic year 2016/2017.
“You are our role models, our pride and our hope, and I am confident that you are capable of building a future abundant with success stories that will make us all hold our heads high”, Princess Ghida told the graduates.
The Back to School Program has had many achievements this year, including an increased number of students benefiting from the Program. To accommodate this increase, the Ministry of Education has assigned three teachers, instead of two, to the Program. Moreover, the Program has witnessed a rise in the number of students with special needs.
