His Majesty King Abdullah, the Supreme Commander of the Jordan Armed Forces, attended the graduation ceremony of the 42nd class of cadets from the King Hussein Air College on Monday in the presence of Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mashaal Mohammad Zaben. Mufti of the Jordan Armed Forces delivered remarks in which he praised the graduates, whom he said will dedicate their lives to protecting the country. The Commander of the King Hussein Air College also spoke, as he praised the role of the graduates in preserving Jordan's security and stability. At the ceremony, which was also attended by His Royal Highness Prince Rashid Bin Al Hassan, the Royal Court chief, directors of the public security, civil defense and gendarmerie departments, and commander of the Royal Air Force, the King presented the graduates with their awards. Following the ceremony, the Monarch watched an air show performed by the Royal Jordanian Air Force.
