National Guard’s Director of Staff, Major-General Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Saud Al Khalifa, affirmed that the (Al-Gheith5) Administrative Exercise boosts the administrative, combat and technical readiness of all units to maximum at the directives of His Highness Lt-General Shaikh Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa the President of the Royal Guard to conduct such drills that consolidate the units’ administrative, logistic and technical coordination.
The Director of Staff of the National Guard today reviewed the course of events of the two-day exercise involving the participation of Technical Support Centre and the Battalions and Units administrative staff officers.
The National Guard’s Staff Director explained that the drill matches with the continuous upgrading of equipment, supplies in the technical garages that support the equipment, vehicles and weapons. He praised the high precision and skills exhibited throughout the drill while dealing with the various field issues throughout the practical stages that confirm the high coordination between the units when negotiating the various circumstances.
The Director of Staff was briefed by the Administrative Unit’s commander and the commandant of the Technical Support Centre, about the drill objectives aimed to boost the capacity to solve various field issues and boost the level of capabilities to establish communication processes, reports transmission, administrative and technical support in addition to coping with likely scenarios during combat duties.
