H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, on Tuesday honoured 60 orphans and 20 physically-challenged children and joined them at an iftar banquet held to commemorate the Zayed Humanitarian Day, dedicated to the memory of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the founder of the UAE.
During the event at the Al Diar Siji Hotel, Dr. Hasan Al Ashri of Ajman University of Science and Technology-Fujairah Campus, delivered a lecture in which he highlighted the humanitarian legacy of the late Sheikh Zayed.
A number of officials, citizens and residents attended the event.
