Dr. Mutlaq Khaled wins award

A scientific establishment for a Kuwaiti physician who achieved the German and European Board for Otolaryngology (ENT) at a six-month period. Dr. Mutlaq Khaled Al-Sayhan said Thursday in a statement to Kuwait News Agency that he achieved the German and European board after an intensive training program in German hospitals that refines medical talents. Al-Sayhan dedicated his acheivement to His Highness the Amir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and his own family, praising the efforts of the Ministry of Health in emitting to complete his studies in Germany, to return and serve in the field of his specialization in Al-Sabah and Zain hospitals.
