Chinese Deputy Minister of Public Security Meng Qingfeng and his aides visited on Thursday archaeological sites in Luxor's West Bank.
In statements, Director of Luxor Antiquities Moustafa Waziri said that the Chinese official and his companions visited tombs in Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, Deir el Bahari and Hatshepsut.
Meng and his accompanying delegation are currently visiting Egypt. They visited on Wednesday the archaeological sites in Luxor's East Bank.
They are scheduled to wrap up their visit to Luxor city on Thursday evening.
