Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Lt. General Mahmoud Abdul Halim Freihat, on Wednesday, visited the National Employment and Training Company and met with its Director General, Brigadier Mohammad al-Khalailah.
Friehat was briefed by al-Khalailah on the developmental role implemented by the Jordan Armed Forces-Arab Army through carrying out training programs in remote areas, in order to reduce unemployment and poverty rates among youth.
The company is implementing its training program through 17 institutes distributed nationwide, as well as the training in 26 different professions including construction, supportive professions and renewable solar energy, al-Khalailah said.
