Kuwaiti Minister of Finance Mustafa Al-Shimali arrived in Doha yesterday to participate in the 11th Doha Forum on Democracy, Development, Free Trade and Enriching the Middle East Economic Future Conference. Crown Prince of Qatar Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al-Thani will launch the activities of Doha 11th forum and Middle East economic conference. A number of political and economic figures will attend the event, besides representatives of civil society institutions, presidents of international universities. In total, the event will group participants coming from 80 countries. The forum will discuss reforms and developmental issues in the Middle East, free trade, media challenges, freedom of expression and will include a number of workshops. The economic conference will tackle means of developing the civil society, and visions of the future of Middle East economy that achieves peace and stability. The outcome of this event is non-mandatory and unofficial, only presenting the participating bodies and individuals.
