Nasser bin Thani Al Hamli, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, last night attended a reception hosted by Kanji Fujiki, Ambassador of Japan to the UAE, on the occasion of his country's National Day.
In a speech on the occasion, the Japanese ambassador hailed the strong bilateral relations between Japan and the UAE, stressing the interest of his country to boost these relations for the benefit of both countries, and the interests of the two friendly peoples.
He stressed that the UAE is a key partner of his country, referring to Japan's interest in developing economic and trade relations with the UAE in all fields.
The ceremony was attended by Shehab Ahmed Al Fahim, Assistant Under-Secretary for Protocol Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, a number of officials, representatives of Arab and foreign diplomatic corps accredited to the UAE, and various members of the Japanese community
