President of Afghanistan Ashraf Ghani arrived on Friday in the UAE to participate at The Safeguarding Endangered Cultural Heritage Conference, which opened this morning at the Emirates Palace Hotel in Abu Dhabi.
Upon his arrival at the Presidential Flight, Abu Dhabi, President of Afghanistan and accompanying delegation, were received by Saqr bin Ghobash Saeed Ghobash, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation, Juma Mohammed Abdullah Al Ka'abi, UAE Ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and a number of officials.
The Afghan President was accorded an official reception, shook hands with the senior officials at the airport and inspected the guard of honour.
