We are confident that the programme will serve as a valuable learning tool for our youth, helping them develop their leadership behavioural competencies."
Introducing the key principles and competencies for developing leadership skills, the session focused on practical teachings to better understand challenges and identify ways to make progress on leadership issues. To help the participants develop the skills needed to be successful leaders and foster a positive work environment, the sessions were supported with variety of related workshops.
