Middlesex University\'s Dubai campus
Middlesex University Dubai held a postgraduate information seminar at the Raffles Hotel, Dubai.
The seminar, titled: You need a
competitive edge in a competitive world, was an opportunity for prospective students to learn more about how a postgraduate qualification can help develop and expand their career.
The event was hosted by programme leaders, career and admission counsellors.
All new applicants that applied with Middlesex during the event were eligible for a Dhs4,000 grant and were offered a complimentary iftar.
\"These information seminars are a great opportunity for the university to interact with the community, and for us to communicate our unique postgraduate offerings,\" said Wassim Hamadah, head of the marketing department at Middlesex University Dubai.
\"Working professionals seeking to enhance their career are often unsure how to take the first step - but through these information seminars we are able to provide them with information on how a postgraduate qualification expands their knowledge, is a great form of networking, and the great support that our careers and employability service has to offer,\" he added.
Middlesex University Dubai is the first overseas campus of the internationally renowned Middlesex University in London. It has more then 2500 students representing over 90 nationalities, and more than 2000 graduates.
