The HCT Abu Dhabi Men's College has organised the first student campaign to promote World Expo 2020, which is coming to the Arab region for the first time, hosted by Dubai for a six month period beginning in 2020.
The campaign events provide a description of the Expo, which will be held under the slogan "‘Connecting Minds, Creating the Future" and represents the start of the UAE 50th National Day celebrations.
Abu Dhabi Colleges Director, Sultan Hussein Karmostaji, said that the campaign comes within the framework of the students' sense of nationalism and their interest in participating in the most important national economic and social events.
Expo 2020 Dubai is expected to attract 25 million visits, 70 percent of which will be from overseas. This will be the first Expo in which the majority of visitors stem from beyond a nation's borders. Running from 20th October 2020 through to 10th April 2021, the Expo will launch the country's Golden Jubilee celebration and serve as a springboard from which to inaugurate a progressive and sustainable vision for the coming decades.
