The Emirates Red Crescent, ERC, opened on Sunday, the Education Office and Al Na'j and Samia Mabrouk Schools in Lahij Governorate, Yemen.
Governor of Lahij, Dr. Nasser Al Khubji, said that the projects are one of the ERC's donations provided in early 2017 worth of AED 3 million, which includes education, health and water sectors.
During the opening ceremony, Al Khubji added that the opening and furnishing of the two schools with basic requirements is in line with the ERC's efforts to overcome the obstacles facing the educational process and thus contribute to preparing an educated and intellectual generations.
