Egyptian Ambassador to Mauritania Ahmed Fadel
Egyptian Ambassador to Mauritania Ahmed Fadel said on Monday that a number of Mauritanian journalists are expected to receive training in Egypt in the coming weeks. He said that they will participate in a training which will take place
at the end of December and will be organised by the French-Speaking African Journalists training centre as well as another training held by the Association of African Journalists, with cooperation of Egypt’s information ministry.
Mauritanians are also participating in several training courses that are being held by the Egyptian embassy in Nouakchott, he added.
Mauritania will participate in the founding conference of the African-Asian journalists association to take place in Cairo on Saturday, he further said.
This comes within the two countries efforts to boost bilateral relations, Fadel noted.
