Reality personality Lauren Conrad has just inked a deal to buy a luxury $1.35m condominium in the exclusive Beverly Hills area. Her new purchase is a generous 3,200
square feet penthouse.
The two storey home has three bedrooms and a generous four bathrooms, attractive dining area, indoor bar. Safety conscious Lauren is also protected by a 24-hr security system. The luxury level is raised even higher by the fact it sports full hardwood flooring, a rooftop pool, outdoor deck and well-equipped gym.
