Mourad Medelci confirmed that Spain and Algeria have signed an agreement
Algerian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mourad Medelci, has stressed that an agreement to facilitate visas between Algeria and Spain will be implemented
soon.
During a press conference with his Spanish counterpart, Medelci affirmed that the two countries signed a memorandum of understanding to help increase cultural, technological and scientific cooperation as well as civil protection.
The Spanish foreign minister expressed hope to make Spain the first country to invest in Algeria in the coming years, adding that his country will give priority to economic relations between the two.
