The pair, pictured in New York at a film James Bond
They've done their level best to keep their relationship undercover since getting together last year - now apparently James Bond star Daniel Craig, 43, and girlfriend Rachel Weisz, 41, have tied the knot in secret
.
Apparently, the pair got married on the quiet in New York State in fornt of just four people last Wednesday.
The guests were said to be Daniel's 18-year-old daughter Ella and Rachel's son Henry, four, plus two family friends who acted as witnesses.
The News Of The World reports a source as saying: 'Daniel and Rachel insisted on having a small, quiet wedding. They are madly in love and couldn't wait to be husband and wife - but they wanted minimum fuss.'
The pair were last seen together in London in March, when Daniel was seen taking his leading lady on a shopping spree at the Louis Vuitton store in Mayfair.
However, they have worked hard to keep their relationship out of the limelight since meeting on the set of forthcoming movie The Dream House, in which they play husband and wife.
Although they have been friends for several years, they were first linked in November but at the time strenuously denied they were together.
Before they got together, Rachel had with Black Swan director Darren Aronovsky for nine years and Daniel was engaged to longterm girlfriend Satsuki Mitchell for five years.
However, it became clear that Daniel and Rachel were definitely an item when they were then seen hand-in-hand as they celebrated Christmas in Somerset.
A horror movie, The Dream House opens in cinemas this September.
Daniel meanwhile gearing up for the release of the Hollywood remake of The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo.
The movie, also starring Rooney Mara and directed by David Fincher, opens in the UK on Boxing Day.
He also returns as legendary spy Bond in the much-delayed 23rd movie in the franchise, suspended due to the financial problems being suffered by makes MGM.
Directed by Sam Mendes, the film is due for release in November next year.
