'Hussam asks fans to 'keep him in their prayers' Cairo - Shaima Mekaway Egyptian actor Hussam Fares was taken to hospital after being injured in a car accident. Fares suffered fractures in various parts of his body after the car collision, but no serious injury was sustained. Speaking exclusively to Arabstoday following the incident, the young star stated he is in a much better condition and called on his fans to "keep him in their prayers." He shared a picture on Facebook of him at hospital to assure his fans he is in good condition after his social media site flooded with messages of concern. Hussam's latest work was the artistically acclaimed Islamic series "Imam al-Ghazali" alongside actor Mohamed Ryiad, which he received a lot of praise for and many await his upcoming projects.
