Iran's Ambassador to Beirut Qazanfar Roknabadi
The Heads of Iran-Lebanon Joint Business Council signed a document on establishing a joint business company to boost mutual trade exchanges, according to a statement issued
by the Iranian embassy in Beirut.
The document was signed in presence of Iran's Ambassador to Beirut Qazanfar Roknabadi.
The Lebanese head of the Council, Abbas Fawaz, noted joint business company can pave the way for exporting Iranian goods to other countries particularly to African continent.
The Iranian head of the Council Abolqasem Shafiei also stressed the country's readiness to boost mutual trade relations and use the present capabilities.
Iran and Lebanon enjoy cordial relations and have further expanded these ties in recent years.
The two sides have exchanged several delegations of high-ranking officials in the last two years.
Iranian and Lebanese officials have recently doubled efforts to further expand the bilateral relations and mutual cooperation between the two nations.
