FGB has recently won two Asian Banker Middle East and Africa Country Awards, in the Best Mortgage and Home Loan Product and Best Wealth Management categories.
The awards were established to recognise excellence in retail financial institutions in the region and benchmark the performance of the best retail banks in an increasingly competitive market. FGB won the awards following a rigorous two-to-three months of detailed evaluation from submissions of the Middle East and Africa's retail banking and financial services industry, which comprises over 50 institutions.
The award ceremony was held after the Asian Banker's Middle East and Africa International Banking Convention, which brought together senior bankers in the MENA region to explore changes to the global and regional retail banking industry and how banks are meeting these challenges.
Hana Al Rostamani, Head of the Consumer Banking Group at FGB, said, "We're very pleased to have received these prestigious awards from the Asian Banker magazine. These awards truly demonstrate and recognise our commitment to putting customers first, and delivering leading solutions which meet their needs. Awards such as these are also a testament to our on-going progress."
Mufazzal Kajiji, Global Head of Wealth Management and Mortgages at FGB, added, "This award-win showcases our establishments as a leading wealth management solutions provider in the region. We offer a wide range of services which allow clients to grow, protect or transfer their wealth with the help of our dedicated wealth managers. We also offer a global wealth management proposition for clients based in Europe, Middle East, Africa and Asia, with booking centres in Dubai and Singapore."
