Moroccan coach Badou Ezzaki
Rabat – Ahmed Bin Khadijah
Moroccan coach Badou Ezzaki was appointed as Technical Manager of Wydad Casablance (WAC) for two seasons, officials said.
The decision came after negotiations between him and the governing body of the club. All contract details will be
announced during a press conference to be held next Monday at 11:30 pm.
Ezzaki had reached a prior agreement with representatives of the Libyan Al Ahli club to act as their technical manager. However, recent negotiations with them caused him to back down on training the Libyan team.
WAC sports club on Saturday won over the DR Congo 3-1 in the fifth round of the second group of the African Confederation Cup.
The Moroccan team increased its score for the fifth point, but remained third place and needs to win in the last to qualify for the semi-finals of the African Confederation Cup.
