2011 Maputo All Africa Games
Tunisia is to take part in the 2011 Maputo All Africa Games, in Mozambique with 72 sportspeople (28 women and 44 men) on September 3-18, 2011 we have learned from the Youth and Sport Ministry
.
The Tunisian athletes will take part in 11 disciplines: 7 in athletics, 7 in boxing, 3 in canoë kayak, 10 in judo, 10 in karate, 5 in yachting, 11 in sport for disabled, 5 in swimming, 4 in table tennis, 6 in taekwondo and 4 in tennis.
Tunisia will also be represented in refereeing with the appointment of Mohamed Brahem (boxing), Mohamed Malek Arbaoui (karate), Noureddine Houcine (judo).
List of the Tunisian athletes :
Judo : Frej Dhouibi, Houssem Khalfaoui, Ragheb Kachroud, Faycal Jaballah, Amani Khalfaoui, Nesria Jlassi, Asma Bejaoui, Houda Miled, Hana Mergheni and Nihel Cheikhrouhou.
Swimming: Wassim Loumi, Ahmed Mathlouthi, Taki Mrabet, Zeineb Khalfallah and Sarra Lajnef.
Tennis: Malek Jaziri, Anis Ghorbel, Ons Jabeur and Nour Abbes.
Sport for disabled: Mohamed Khaldi, Mohamed Charmi, Abderrahim Zehiou, Mohamed Fouzai, Fethi Zouikhni, Ahmed Aouadi, Hamdi Ouerfelli, Yousra Ben Jemaa, Najaa Chouaya, Raouya Tlili and Samira Berri.
Canoe Kayak: Mohamed Ali Mrabet, Khaled Bergaoui and Afef Ben Ismaiel.
Taekwondo: Yacine Trabelsi, Seifeddine Trabelsi, Nidhal Seboui, Wahid Brigui, Khaoula Ben Hamza and Rahma Ben Ali .
Table tennis : Adem Hmam, Asma Chaieb, Guedara Hmam and Hachemi Abid.
Karate : Marouene Khammassi, Montassar Tebbane, Mohamed Amine Hasnaoui, Mehdi Dahmouni, Mohamed Ridha Waz, Nour Bououne, Dhouha Ben Othmane, Bouthiena Hasnaoui, Faten Issa and Kaouther Hasnaoui.
Yachting : Dhiaeddine Chaabane, Anis Majid, Youssef Akrout, Zine El Abidine Kheirat and Ines Gmati.
Athletics : Houcine Sebai, Hedi Teraoui, Olfa Lafi, Dara Mahfoudhi, Chaima Trabelsi, Habiba Ghribi and Sarra Ben Saad.
Boxing : Abderrazak Haouia, Omar Bahri, Hassene Chakmeti, Bilel Mhammedi, Ahmed Mejri, Yahya Mkacheri and Aymen Trabelsi.
