The fire was in Yaygladagi town in the Turkish province of Hatay. Sources said fire fighters were immediately sent to the area. The five year old Syrian child suffered smoke inhalation and passed away despite medical efforts. An official investigation has been launched.
Two other Syrian children died in a fire in the same are in July.
Syrian opposition officials reported on Thursday 149 Syrians were dead including 69 opposition forces and 28 government soldiers.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said armed groups launched attacks on three government security barriers in North Syria.
According to the sources at least four persons were killed and a dozen injured in the raid of the fighter aircrafts over Maar Shamsha in Idlib.
Syrian army aircrafts hit Alasali neighbourhood in Damascus and Jessren town in the Damascus countryside.
Two members of the Free Syrian Army were killed in clashes with government soldiers in al-Mayadeen city of Deir al-Zour.
In their last reports on Wednesday, at least nine were killed in a shelling over two bakeries in Aleppo and another eight were killed near Sayeda Zainab shrine in the south east of Damascus.
In a statement, the Syrian Observatory reported the death of at least 8 citizens and the injury of dozens in an explosion of a bomb planted in a motorcycle in front of Aal Yasser Hotel, near Sayeda Zainab shrine of the Shiites.
The Syrian network for Human Rights reported that 57 persons died in Aleppo, 27 in Damascus and its countryside, 12 in Homs, four in Deraa and two in Deir al-Zour.
Amid these attacks, the Arab League announced a trilateral meeting that includes Secretary General of the Arab League Nabil al-Arabi, Russian Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov and joint UN-Arab League envoy Lakhdar Brahimi.
The meeting is scheduled to take place in Cairo next Sunday, and will discuss the developments Syria.
Brahimi arrived to Cairo on Thursday to explore means to solve the crisis.
Former Secretary General of the Arab League, Amr Moussa, ruled out a military intervention in Syria by the NATO as in the Libyan experience, announcing his definitive refusal for an Egyptian military intervention in Syria.
Moussa said the situation in Syria is tragic and expected that it remains the same for a while, adding that Syria will pay an expensive cost to get the required freedom.
On Thursday, China revealed the details of its new proposal to solve the Syrian crisis which includes a gradual ceasefire and that the conflict parties would delegate their representatives to form a transition ruling body, with wide range of representation.
The Chinese Minister of Foreign Affairs met Brahimi in Pyongyang on Wednesday.
During his visit to Beijing, Brahimi talked to journalists and expressed his hopes that China could play an active role in finding a solution for the Syrian crisis, without adding further details.
