Yemeni military forces resumed the inspection of coastal strategic city of Mokha on Friday, a day after its liberation from the grip of Houthi militias. Sources revealed that Houthis launched a missle attack against the governmental troops Yakhtel area, ten kilometres away from Mokha.

The Arab Coalition, on its hand, launched airstrikes against the sites of Houthis and forces loyal to former President Ali Abdullah Saleh in the area, as the battles continued for a month allowing the governmental troops to fully control the city.

Spokesperson of Arab Coalition Ahmed Al Essiry revealed that the governmental troops control over 85 percent of the Yemeni territories, saying that Ansar Allah Houthi militia has no influence except in Sana'a and Sada.

Essiry stresses the importance of Bab Al Mandab Straight as a passage for the international trade saying that it is safe. He added that the major role performed by the International Coalition, including the Egyptian forces is to secure the straight. He stressed that it is their duty towards the International community.
