Royal Jordanian resumed its operations between Amman and New York after John F. Kennedy International Airport re-opened. The airport was closed over the past three days due to Hurricane Sandy that hit the US East Coast. The company stated that the flights to New York got back to normal as of today. The first of the delayed flights departed for New York today at 7:00am and is scheduled to land in Queen Alia International Airport at 09:30am on Nov. 2. RJ calls upon its customers wishing to fly to New York to book their seats by contacting the Call Centre at (+962 6 5100000), their travel agents or visiting the Royal Jordanian official website at www.rj.com. RJ operates four weekly direct flights between Amman and New York on Saturdays, Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, running its wide-bodied A340s.
