The State of Qatar signed here on Wednesday an air transport Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Tunisia that included full operations rights with unlimited number of passenger and cargo flights between the two countries. The MoU was signed by Chairman of Qatar Civil Aviation Authority (QCAA) Abdulaziz Mohammad Al-Nuaimi, and the General Manager of Tunisian Civil Aviation Captain Magdi Rayes. Under the MoU, the national carriers of the two countries are allowed to use the Code-Share and Operate according to the fifth Freedom traffic rights to and from intermediate and beyond points.
